Scope of service

It is important to note that we do not offer design consultation through phone call or meeting. Clients are expected to provide a brief that clearly describes the design requirements through a recorded video, document or email. All communication regarding design requests must be in writing for proper documentation of feedback and requests.

Services not provided by Keyeicon include marketing strategy, brand strategy, campaign strategy, vision and mission, audience discovery, creation of brand identity, copywriting, and performance tracking.
