Dried up at Superside

A simple and affordable alternative to Superside

Simple process

Reviews about Superside on G2 and Trustpilot often mention that because Superside provides a full team (Project Manager, Creative Lead, and Designers), communication can get muddled. Users have reported that "nobody really understood what was going on" because the message had to pass through too many layers. At Keyeicon, we make things simple. Keyeicon operates with a leaner, more "studio" feel. While they have project management, they prioritize direct access to the strategic lead.

Frictionless Onboarding

Onboarding is a heavy-duty process. Because they target Enterprise (Meta, Amazon, etc.), they require deep brand immersion, technical setup, and "discovery phases" that can take 1–2 weeks before the first pixel is moved. It is built for long-term alignment, not immediate agility. Keyeicon’s onboarding is more streamlined. Clients can usually get through their intake and into production much faster because they don't have the massive corporate bureaucracy of a 700+ person company. It’s a "handshake" onboarding rather than a "legal and compliance" onboarding.

Partner Contracts

Superside is notorious for its annual contract requirements. To get their "best" pricing, you often have to commit to a $100k+ annual spend. They use a "use-it-or-lose-it" credit model, meaning if your marketing slows down for a month, you still pay for those hours. Exit clauses can be rigid, making it hard to pivot if you're unhappy. At Keyeicon, we don't charge extras, no hidden contract clause. Expect no rigid annual lock-ins.
